By car, from the directions of North, East or West, your best bet is to follow the sign for the Ringaskiddy Car Ferry with the boat symbol. This will take you to Shannonpark roundabout, which is one mile before Carrigaline. Take the Carrigaline exit off this roundabout, and 200 yds. on, take the first turn to the right.
